Tony specializes in practical, sustainable training for adults and seniors on Long Island. Inspired by his own continuing journey in health and fitness, he founded Forever Young Fitness to help others gain strength, mobility, and confidence at any age. Tony currently trains a small roster of private clients while growing his practice, offering individualized programs and clear, supportive coaching focused on longevity.
